Formation of Fundraising Committee

We’re forming a joint fundraising committee comprising Volley South staff and parent/carer representatives. This initiative aims to support our teams and help reduce costs for families. Your involvement will make a significant impact impacting our attendance at away tournaments.

2025 Lower South Island Championships

Save the date for the Lower South Island Championships in Invercargill on April 5-6, 2025!

There is no entry fee; however, players from Queenstown will need to budget for accommodation, travel, and food costs. We will collaborate with parents and the fundraising committee to help minimize these expense

2025 VNZ IPC & Australian Club Championships

  • VNZ IPC (Kings Birthday Weekend): Team attendance will depend on commitment, fundraising, and grant outcomes. Costs for travel, accommodation, and food will be managed through our fundraising efforts.
  • Australian Club Championships (September): Participation will similarly depend on fundraising results for our age group players.
  • NZ Cubs (OCT but may change) - potential review of this tournament may impact where we sit in regards to attendance - VNZ will advise

Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to Volley South! Together, we can create a fantastic experience for our representative age group players in 2025. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,

The Volley South Team
