Volley South’s Intent – Low to No Cost for Training & Warm up and April Tournament

For all selected players:

Training from October 2024 – April 2025 is FREE (except for a $20 annual trial/ joining fee).

Lead-up tournaments are also FREE, covered by grants and fundraising.

We’ve worked hard to secure funding to ensure minimal financial burden on players and families.

Non reps - Senior School Champs Sunday 9 March 

📍 5-6 April – Lower South Island Championship (Invercargill)


Queenstown-based players:

  • We provide minivan transport and accommodation where possible.
  • If billeting is unavailable, you will need to arrange your own accommodation.
  • If players choose to drive and stay with family, that is their own responsibility.

Players from Tuatapere, Lumsden, and Roxburgh:

  • You are responsible for arranging your own transport and accommodation.
  • If you face any issues, let us know so we can help!

🏠 Invercargill Players – Can You Host a Player?

To reduce accommodation costs, we ask each Invercargill family to billet one out-of-town player.✅ Confirm by 4 March if you can help!

  • Wednesday, 12 March | Girls: 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Boys: 6:00 – 8:00 PM | ILT Stadium
  • Sundays: 16, 23 February & 16, 23 March | 1:00 – 4:00 PM | ILT Stadium

📍 Training sessions will be organised via school, and coaches will send plans via email.

All players must sign a Player Contract by 15 March 2025 (distributed at 8 March tournament).
